Student Regulations

Each course includes 8 weekly sessions, with a one-week break after each course.

Attendance and participation are crucial for academic success:

A maximum of two absences per course is allowed.

In exceptional cases, a third absence may be permitted with approval from the course instructor and academy director.

Re-enrollment is available (with additional fees) for students who fail to complete a course due to excessive absences, failing the exam, or not meeting course requirements on time.

Course deferment is allowed in case of emergencies, provided that a request is submitted at least one week before the course starts.

Grading System:

10 points for attendance

10 points for participation

The remaining points are allocated to exams, assignments, and projects as determined by the course instructor in coordination with the academy administration.

Tuition Fees:

Must be paid before the start of each semester.

Fees for the Kingdom Management course conference are separate.

- Graduation ceremony fees are covered by students.

The comprehensive exam is a mandatory graduation requirement.

Students must submit the required documents to the batch coordinator: (copy of academic qualification – 2 personal photos – CV).

For complaints or suggestions, students should contact the batch coordinator. If necessary, a meeting with the academy director can be arranged.
The program consists of 12 courses divided into four semesters, with each semester containing three courses.

Exploring advanced HR topics such as organizational culture, performance management, and talent management.
Evaluating and developing intellectual capital within an organization.
